Ring slings are one size fits most!

Fitted pouch slings come in 5 sizes.

Correct sizing is of utmost importance for both comfort and safety. Trying on for size is the best way to determine which size would be best; however, this is not always possible. For most people the size of t-shirt they wear is often a good way to figure out the best size. Also, do a shoulder to hip measurement to try to determine which size would be optimal.

To measure from shoulder to hip use a soft tape measure and place it on the top outer edge of your shoulder and measure diagonally across to the opposite hip bone.

Think about where a low rise jean would fall, now imagine drawing a line down from the centre of your armpit to the side of the hip to meet this low rise jean spot - THIS IS THE SWEET SPOT for measuring!

These measurements are just a guide and sizing has a lot to do with personal comfort and choice!

Too Small/Too Big?

You will know your sling is too small if it is very hard to get your baby in, it feels unbelievably tight and the sling digs into the baby’s legs (when in a position with legs out of sling). If it is too big the sling comes off your shoulder, it feels like baby may slip out and the baby hangs so low that your legs bump them when you are walking.
